We all may have read poetry books before, right? But have you read a book that teaches you about poetry and how to write poetry in the form of poetry? THIS is that book for you.

Accompanied by wonderfully done illustrations by Priya Kuriyan, this book was a delightful treat to read. Along with being informative, It’s Time To Rhyme offers some wonderful children’s poems. It also teaches one about the types of poems and their specifications. For the kids and adults who want to step into the world of poetry, this book would be perfect for them. The poems tend to impart knowledge about sonnets, haikus, villanelles, etc in a very simple way. The illustrations give the poems a visual company which makes the book very attractive.

This was one of my favourite reads! Most definitely recommending this to children as well as adults interested in poetry.
